Thank you for shopping at UrbanNook. We strive to provide high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Because we keep a fast-moving inventory, we offer a strict 2 to 3-day return window for eligible items.
1. Return Window
You have 3 days from the exact date and time your package was delivered to request a return. If more than 3 days have passed since your tracking information shows "Delivered," we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.

You must provide a receipt, order number, or valid proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders, clearance/sale items, and personal care or hygiene products cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
3. How to Start a Return

If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and mailing instructions. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will be rejected.
4. Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, UrbanNook will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Change of Mind / Fit Issues: For standard returns (e.g., changing your mind or choosing the wrong size), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
